🚘️ Mercedes Benz adds ChatGPT to their cars

Mercedes-Benz has revealed plans to integrate ChatGPT, an AI-powered voice command system, into its vehicles for a trial period of three months, commencing on June 16.

This integration will be part of the Mercedes-Benz User Experience (MBUX) feature, enabling drivers to utilize AI-driven voice commands. Initially, the beta testing for ChatGPT will be limited to the US market.

The collaboration between Mercedes-Benz and Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service, launched in March, facilitates the implementation of ChatGPT, aiming to enhance the existing "Hey Mercedes" voice assistant feature introduced in 2018. 

With this new functionality, drivers will be able to conveniently engage in activities such as playing music, setting navigation destinations, and adjusting the temperature of the vehicle.

The incorporation of ChatGPT into Mercedes-Benz cars represents a significant step forward in integrating advanced AI technology to enhance the overall driving experience.
